App Realtors is a marketing platform on which practising attorneys advertise immovable property sold in the course and scope of their practice. App Realtors is not the seller of listed properties and is not a party to any sale agreement unless expressly stated.

• Listing information is supplied by the responsible attorney and is believed correct but not guaranteed; errors and omissions are excepted.
• Prices, availability and sale conditions may change without notice; certain sales are subject to executor, trustee, court or creditor approval.
• Calculator results are estimates for guidance only and do not constitute a quotation, financial advice or legal advice.

Use of the site

• You may not scrape, copy or republish listing content without permission.
• You may not submit false or misleading information through our forms.
• The App Realtors name and logo are pending trademarks and may not be used without written consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, App Realtors (Pty) Ltd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on this site. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship; formal engagement happens directly with the relevant attorney or firm.
